I already sent a request to support but previous support agent was not very helpful.
So here is the case
I have Sony FDR x3000 action camera with 1.0.0 Software version
Two micro sd cards:
- Samsung micro SDHC UHS-I card pro plus 32 gb.
- Goodram micro SDHC 32GB Class 10 UHS-I U3
Card Reader Kingston MobileLite G4 which is compatible with WD My passport pro regarding the Compatibility Spreadsheet
I tried to use all the settings from USB and SD importing in Mob app and web panel.
First I tried to use just the internal device card reader with Good ram micro sd the result was bad data import has been failed I got the Alert that I need to check if the SD card is placed properly than I bought second micro SD card the Samsung but result was the same. I even tried to switch SD adapters Goodram adapter with Samsung sd card but result was the same.
So, I decided to buy a card reader Kingston which I found in the compatibility spreadsheet on this web site, both cards are not visible as micro SD and with SD adapter as well.

This is extremely important for me to have it working since i bought this device specially for my 25 days tour that I was going to shot on my action camera
