WD My Passport no longer recognized by Mac

Hi there,
I bought a WD my passport one week ago (model WDBYNN0010BBK-WESN). I formatted it to exFAT, and use it 3-4 times to save all my photos.
Today, suddenly, my Mac is not recognizing it. The light is working but is not visible in Finder, in “Disk Utility” or “System information”.

Please, what can I do?
