My Passport 1 TB sometime work, sometime cannot even detect.
When I run Drive utilities test, SMART test pass, but quick self drive test failed and complete drive test also failed.
Anyone help correct the problem?

Hello Giga09, if possible try using another USB cable and be sure to connect the Passport directly to the PC. If you have any important files inside the Passport, do a backup and try to format it, once you do try to run a DLG test. If the test fails again the Passport would appear to be faulty and needs to be replaced.
