WD My Cloud - Slow Transfer Speed

I have a trouble regarding transfer speed. My configuration is as below:

Linksys SE2800 gigabit switch

WD My Cloud 4TB

Macbook pro (connecting cat6 cable with thunderbolt gigabit ethernet adapter)

All cables are cat5e and cat6

When starting to transfer files from usb3.0 on computer to WD My Cloud, transfer speed is around 20-30 mb/s.

Even when I connect wd my cloud to computer with ethernet cable, max 30 mb/s.

I have been searching for this all around but still no any improvement.

Any idea?

Hello,

This type of adapter is not supported, the adapter might be the cause of the issue that you are having, I have never tried this, maybe one of the other users of this community can share their experience on this topic.
