If this is since beginning of October I guess it‘ll never come back. There was a messup with the Firmware upgrade which broke many WD MCH.
There are some ways to recover your data with paid software or workarounds you‘ll find on youtube. WD won‘t help you with that and simply say the harddisk is broken.
