Hi guys, I need some help to properly setup my WD MY Cloud EX2 Ultra NAS device.
I have two 6 TB hard drives intalled and the setup was straight forward. I selected JBOD instead of a RAID 1 or RAID 0 so these disks are standalone hard drives. For some reason I can see only one drive on Windows file explorer but not the other drive (volume2). I created a share on the second drive and then I was able to see it on Windows file explorer and create folders in that drive.
My problem is that my media player can only see one disk (drive) and not the second one. Is there a setting somewhere that I missed?
If someone get back to me with a solution it would be greatly appreciated.
