I just purchased a 2nd drive for my ex ultra enclosure. I cannot figure out how to map that 2nd drive. Nor can I figure out how to find the drive letter that it should be.
The WD software shows both of my drives, and I can see the total available space which makes sense with the new drive. I just can’t figure out how to map the 2nd one to access it.
The drive letter for my 1st drive is R which I have no problem accessing.
I should mention that the 2 drives are configured as JBOD mode.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
