WD My Cloud cannot be accessed now with Windows 11 and Win 10

I have been working with my WD My Cloud (one computer with Win 11, the other with Win 10) until last week. Now I don’t see the icon in the systen tray and I cannot use WD My Cloud. When trying to see its contents by means of the Windows Explorer, I get the following message:
“An error occurred while reconnecting to Y: to \192.168.1.191\Public. Microsoft Windows Network: The local device name is already in use. This connection has not been restored”.
However, I can access the WD My Cloud control panel. (http:\wdmycloud).
Please, could anybody help?

Following some of the instructions of the page

I was able to solve the problem. Although I only changed the settings on the Windows 11 computer, now on the other computer with Windows 10 WD My Cloud it works too!

This is of course not the WD My Cloud subforum but the My Cloud Home OS4 subforum which covers a personal cloud storage that is completely different in hardware and OS from the WD My Cloud.

If you could search and reply in the OS5 subforum you would see a thread about a support ticket and reply that was filed concerning OS5 SMB signing. Unlike the recent Synology DSM builds, none of the OS4 or OS5 network storage currently supports SMB signing options such as ‘Client Side’ signing.

Thank you. The article you refer me to is exactly the one I indicated in my previous message that had helped me solve the problem:
