Help ! I can't find my wDmycloud on my network

After Microsoft did a automatic upgrade to windows 10, I can not find my WDmycloud on my network, but it is on all my other computers that do not have windows 10. I called the help line on WD Cloud and they refer me to microsoft asking me to tell them " I have a NAS device and I cannot connect the device using network discovery"

any suggestions here? I"m afraid I cannot simply delete windows 10 since it has been over a month.

and afraid in doing so now will delete any files and programs I have on my computer.

Have you tried rebooting the My Cloud?

Have you tried accessing the My Cloud using it’s IP address?
