My WDmycloud updated automatically and now any action that requires access to the WDmycloud takes forever, most of the time it doesn’t even work - it just goes on and on with nothing happening, not even a time out error. I have the wdmycloud.local/UI/ page open, and the content scan section has been “scanning” for hours. I have rebooted the drive without effect, even that simple action took half an hour to complete. I can’t access anything on the drive now, I was looking forward to the new update hoping it would fix a lot of the annoying functional issues the drive had. It was better before the update. Come on WD lift your game, this is not a cheap product…
