I have been for three days attempting to fix this issue to no avail. I have purchased a new USB to micro b 3.0 cable, fiddled with my Xbox settings, plugging it directly into a wall outlet, tried to find it on my PC, restarted my Xbox a few times and nothing I could really use help.
