Dear Sir, I have been using my book live from Western Digital as NAS since January this year. Since last few days i am facing a problem. I can access all my data by clicking on the My book live shortcut on my desktop but WD smartware is unable to detect my book live. The green light on the front panel is always blinking even when i am not accessing the data there. I am unable to logging to the drive remotely via WDtogo. Please help. I am using Win Xp SP 3 as OS.

Have you tried resetting the drive?
As a recommendation, make sure that you have the latest firmware installed on the drive.
