The power port of our EX2 suddenly started only sporadically working. No idea why but it had trouble recognizing that it is plugged in. I think this lead to a loss of power last night. When we noticed, the blue power led is on, but both of the other leds are solid red. We were able to go into the dashboard, it shows many multiple errors including power loss, can’t find drives, drive failures, degraded volumes, no RAID found etc. Does anyone have any ideas what happened, why, can the data be saved, etc.? Please help! Thank you.
Did u activated the automatic firmware update?
The last Fw got same problems, try to downgrade it and if same problem make a RMA ad let WD replace it
