WD elements portable SE not detected on USB 2.0

I am having a WD elements portable SE and am using windows os.

I am able to access drive on USB 3.0 but it is not detected when I connect it to USB 2.0, it is not detected even in disk management.

Need help ASAP :mansad:

Are you able to use a different device on the USB 2.0?

Is that a front usb port or is in the back of the computer?

It might be a driver or power issue if the drive is not showing on disk management. Check on device manager to see if a unknown device is being deceted through the USB 2.0.
