WD Elements not detected

My WD Elements is not detected by my laptop which has a Windows10 OS. Any solutions?

Have you tried on another computer? or maybe with another USB cable?

Yes it does get connected to another computer. Also my pendrives are easily detected. The issue is with the portable hard disk only.
