hi there, my wd elements is not detected in any of the computers…its showing in the notification panel…i tried the disk management thing also but its not working.
if your unit is not detected in Disk Management and you have also tried different computers and USB cables then unfortunately the unit should be replaced under warranty. Additional information is available in the following link:
