WD Elements SE not recognized

Drive E not recognized.
Was working, but not now.
Tried on 3 different laptops, same result. Windows 10, USB 2.0. Did hard shutdown.

Checked for the device in Disk Managment and it does not appear.

Any suggestions as to how to reactivate.

You can diagnose or run drive tests using WD Drive Utilities to check the health of the drive. If fails or not detects, need to contact WD Support for further support.
