WD Elements not recognised by TV

I have just purchased a WD Elements 75ogb portable hard drive. My laptop recognises it and I have loaded a home movie onto it but my TV will not recognise it at all. Please help

New hdd is GPT (GUID Partition Table) … most TV’s only support MBR (Master Boot Record) Partition style.

Convert / Re-partition GPT > MBR
