WD My Elements Help

I bought a WD elements portable hard drive (2TB), and i use it on a windows 10 laptop, for which it works fine, and i can copy across the videos i need. I then tried to plug the device into my LG Smart TV, and it says the HD is corrupted. I ran disk check, there was no error found so I then used the device on another TV, and this TV still did not let me see the files, and did not register the device. I then used it on my PS4, and still the same issue.
I converted the HD to exFat format, and the same issue still occurred. I considered formatting it to Fat32, however lots of my videos are over 4GB
I need to know how to view these files upon the TV, any help is appreciated.

Xbox and Playstation read FAT32 drives
The TV might only read FAT32 as well, but you would have to check with the TV manufacturer to be sure.
