Not recognized by TV

I bought two 2TB WD Elements discs and my samsung d8000 tv does not recognize it, instead I have another one from Seagate with the same characteristics (2Tb) and if it recognizes it. It is formatted as NTFS and nothing, apart I tried to make a partition each of 1Tb and neither. Can it be solved since the TV is not because it recognizes the Seagate disc?

Check and Compare the Partition Tables …There are 2 types MBR and GPT

Older devices only support MBR which is limited to 2TB

if you find your Seagate is MBR and the WD’s are GPT then, that’s the problem.
