WD Elements 750GB Logical Fail

I have a WD Elements 750GB and suddenly the SO says that it must be formated to be used.

I have done several test and scans with the application TestDisk and the main problem is that the information of the physical structure of the drive has been damaged or lost.
TestDisk return that the CHS (Cylinders, Heads, Sectors) table has lost, and to try to recover the information I would need this information.

I have open the plastic enclosure (Yes, warranty removed by this, but the drive has more than 3 years, so the warranty was expired) to get access to the serial number and model number of the physic drive, also some drives has the CHS information in the label, but this model don’t have it.

I beg to any one who can help me if could tell me the number of cylinders, heads, sectors and the sector size in Bytes of this units, to try to fix this information and try to recover the information.

Thank you very much.
