Hi. I’m looking for a help becaus my HD this mornig was unreadible.

When i connect, the pc  play USB connect sound but i don’t see the hard drive.

I have use the data life guard and the software show me the 2 serial number and with the first the test are ok and with the second serial number whit the icon USB the test not work.

Can i have support?

Hi there, welcome to the community.

I’m sorry o read that your Elements is not working. In the top portion of the DLG it will show you the physical drive as its being recognize by the computer, here is where you are to do the tests. The bottom part is to show the partition/s and the file system and some general information.

What did the DLG tell you when you ran the test?
