Hello,
I bought my WD Element Play few months ago and i just used it once since the day i bought it. Today, after placing some new media files (photos and movies) inside it keep pop me an error " Unsupported Signal, please check your PC output" whenever i connect it with my TV.
I had tried connect it back to my computer and safety remove it once again, but it still show me the same error on the TV screen.
Have anyone of you here encounter the same problem as mine? Do share your solution here.
