Hi, I own a WD Element 2T portable hard drive. It is old but was working. Yesterday, while I was backing up, with shelter at home confinement, my son was around yelling for me. Out of hurry, I unplugged the hard drive USB to get to him. Now when I plud the hard drive, the computer can see it with it’s folders but cannot read into it. I am also not able to copy the files out.
I tried with different computers, the result is the same. I am very bumped out by this.
Is there any solution for me? Thank you for offering help
