HI THERE
AS I JUST BOUGHT THIS HARD DRIVE TWO WEEKS AGO AND AT THAT TIME ITS WORKS FINE WITH WINDOWS 10 ON A SAME PC AND NOW WHEN I CONNECT SAME HARD DRIVE TO SAME PC ITS DOESNT CONNECT WHILE TOUCHING THE HARD DRIVE I FEEL LIKE ITS RUNNING FROM INSIDE BUT DOESNT SHOWS ME ANYTHING ON MY PC .SO PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS THING .

I removed your serial from your post - never post serial numbers in public places - people can use them for fraud (which in turn could end up invalidating a legitimate products warranty etc.)
Thanks I wasn’t sure so please give me a solution why Harddrive is not be accessible thanks
There could be any number of causes. It helps to know the product - we can at least send you to the proper diagnostics tools:
Try scanning the drive with DLG (extended test):
You also want to try the drive (and test the drive) with a different USB cable to ensure the cable isn’t the problem.
