WD Element 10TB has speed of USB 2.0

I am copying 5TB of large movie files from a WD Element 10TB to another WD Element 10TB on my PC and the speed is 20 MB/s which is the total time for the read and write. That is the speed of USB 2.0. Do I need to buy a different data cable to connect my Element to my PC so I am not limited to the speed of USB 2.0 ?

Can someone please tell me if WD released a tech spec sheet for the Element 10TB? Without a tech sheet I do not know what I/O speed to expect and I do not have any idea regarding the life expectancy of my drive.

Please help.

From what I have read online my WD Element came with a USB 3.0 cable. I am using the cable provided. So why is my I/O the speed of USB 2.0? Both of my Elements are connected to USB 3.0 ports on my PC.
I used CrystalDiskMark and my seq read is 42 MB/s and seq write is 35 MB/s
