WD easystore is not recognized by my system

I have window and Mac. I bought the WD easy store 4TB portable hard disk. It works few days back in mac and windows. Now I am trying to connect it but it is not recognized by my systems. In windows its showing Eject option only. Coming to mac it says that, disc is not readable. I have so much data in that hard drive. How can I resolve this problem. Please hep. thank in advance. Attaching few screenshots here.

Please try to connect the drive with the Windows computer and check the status of the drive in the disk management.
