WD easystore is not recognized by my system

I have window and Mac. I bought the WD easy store 4TB portable hard disk. It works few days back in mac and windows. Now I am trying to connect it but it is not recognized by my systems. In windows its showing Eject option only. Coming to mac it says that, disc is not readable. I have so much data in that hard drive. How can I resolve this problem. Please hep. thank in advance.
