I purchased a 2tb easystore to backup my computer files so I could then move to a new computer,. After downloading the files, I was able to see them and access them while still be connected to my old computer. Once I connected to my new computer, I can see the backup file but cannot open it. It is a TBIX file. So I downloaded something from Acronis to try to open it, but I’ve had no luck Any ideas?
uhm TBIX, did you use Acronic to backup your files/data? As I read online, Acronic backup your data to a file with extension as Tibx file. You might have to use Acronic to restore your data back.
I did use Acronic, but that’s the only way WD gave me to download. I downloaded Acronic’s program to open it, but it doesn’t find my file…
