WD DX4000 Sentinel RED lights

i got my storage server second hand from a company, and i tryied turning it on but the lights on 1 and 3 are red and no drives are spinnig up.

i do not net the data if any is on there in fact i will format every drive for my own use. so if there is a method wich is effective but i lose the data, it´s fine.
