Hello! I want to ask if someone was able to solve the problem related to the recognition of the WD external drive by the WD Drive Utilities app. This happens the same with WD Security.
My computer recognizes it, but the applications don’t.
Hola! Quiero preguntar si alguien pudo solucionar el problema relacionado al reconocimiento del disco externo de WD por la aplicación WD Drive Utilities. Esto sucede igual con WD Security.
Mi computadora lo reconoce, pero no así las aplicaciones.

If you are using wd element drive then it is not compatible with drive utility:
