WD Drive Utilities can't see MyCloud Home

sorry if this message is send for the second time (the first attempt was apparently to the wrong forum)

The other day I bought a MyCloud Home Nas server.
I installed WD Discovery and I can see in my Windows File explorer the space of my NAS.
I can copy data to it: so far so good.
I also downloaded WD Drive Utilities and WD Security but when I launch them I can’t see my MyCloud drive.
I did enable in Network Settings Netbios over TCP/IP.
Can anyone help me with that please?
What I really want to do is give the NAS a fixed IP address, mask and default gateway
How should I proceed?
I use Windows10 Home (64-bit)
thanks in advance for any answer

WD Drive utilities and WD security do not support the My Cloud Home.

Also the My Cloud home does not support static IP addresses. DHCP will have to be used.
