"WD Drive Unlock" says the drive in unlocked... but no!

I double click on “WD Unlocker” it opens “WD Unlock.exe” it ask for permission to open and it says that the drive has been unlocked

But drive is still locked

Suggestion on what to do?

I had’nt opened a Suppor Case. Now it is opened.

I already solved the problem.

Windows was not assigning a letter to the drive and because of that my WD drive was not recognized by W11.

I just googled “assign a letter to a drive” and found a solution in Microsoft documentation:
