Long Shot. WD Drive Recognized but not mounting

I have a 3TB WD drive and from the looks of it’s failing. The WD drive is recognized by Windows but I’m unbale to see the drive itself. The drive is password protected and Drive Unlocker is not showing up on the screen. I already change cables/PC/ USB ports and it still is not working.

Is there any other WD software that can possibly unlock the drive? Smartware and Drive unlocker are not working.

I hope you are able to UNLOCK your drive… That’s really **bleep**.

You put your trust in Western Digital and they have failed you.

If I were you I would call WD WITHOUT HESITATION…

Unfortunately none of them are working. Unless WD has some kind of internal software that’s not released to the general public, I don’t think the drive will be working (?). 

Any WD support personnel would like to chime in if you do have some kind of internal software? 

I wouldn’t say it was entirely WD’s fault actually. It could have avoided if I moved carefully and not forgetting that I’m still plugin. :neutral_face:
