WD Cloud "Service"

I have just emailed the people who were assigned to cure the intermittant cloud access issues i am constantly having
This has been going on for over 5 months now
As you will read i am now at that point that i need to get a service that works basically
many of you may not have issues but i do and every day
WD claim the 3rd party servers they rent have issues
Seems to be every day and nothing can be done to fix it
Sad such a big company cannot/will not correct the issue
Shirly if you pay for a service you expect the service to work
As an electrician i was paid for a service and it had to work 24/7 and meet standards as well
WD does not meet standards when selling “cloud” drives to help people get on with work from any part of the world
Would appear the drives themselves are not at fault, apart from 1 which i have had no feed back
So a copy/paste email below to a tech, customer support person and CEO

Today weather forecast
Intermittent cloud access as always
Cloud servers still unable to allow access to my drives
These servers have as much down time as me now
They think it is holiday season and do not need to work at all
As for the high-level tech that was promised
That person is also on holiday down time
I am just a person who believed WD cloud service was the future
Seems I am wrong on this
This “cloud” service is in the clouds and unreachable
How WD can offer such a rubbish service and get away with telling me
That IT does go wrong sometimes is beyond a joke
WD pay a server third party for a service that really belongs in the stone age
A UK contact number that might as well be an empty bean can on a piece of string
Tech who tell me that after reading my drive reports claim there is an issue with my WD drive I just bought form WD shop
But like the cloud it ends there
Seems WD cannot be bothered to do anything
Well off to the forums now
Copy and paste this on there to many others in the same place as me
If WD cannot be bothered then why should I keep it to my self
