SN850X mounted in 2nd slot of a ROG Strix SCAR 18 G834JY gaming laptop is missing interface/connection speed/GEN info (see pic): https://i.ibb.co/28gzF0D/image.png

Yes, I opened a Support Case… but you should add a new Category for the submit form: Software issue.

No support from WD.
ATM (August 2024) Dashboard is still incompatible with ASUS laptop G834JY: can’t report correct speed and interface connection of 2nd NVMe. Default ASUS installation uses driver iRST Intel® Rapid Storage Technology.
