WD Backup utility cannot find My Cloud Home

I just bought a MyCloud Home to replace my now obsolete MyCloud. The new drive is up and running and visible on my network. The problem is that none of the utilities in WD Discovery will find the drive. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Thanks. I tried this but Windows 10 does not find my MyCloud Home as an optional backup drive?
Also, is there a way to automatically back up from MyCloud Home to a connected USB drive (like I could on MyCloud)?
