Can't see "WD backup" in the app

I’ve 2 key questions about the app.

  1. can’t see “WD Backup” option???
  2. no menus show when opening WD Security and WD Utilities??? Nothing to select or do? If these functions are good for management and user don’t need to do anything, why you simply add these functions/ apps into the core program? Why you need users to select them optionaly?

Please post a screenshot of your issue so the community can assist.
My Cloud Home does not support WD Backup, WD Security or WD Drive Utilities.
Those are DAS (USB Drive) products.
