I recently purchased My Cloud Home and downloaded WD Backup so I could set up an automatic back-up my files in my laptop. However, when I try to set up a back up plan the software does not find my My Cloud, it shows only Dropbox!
I want to automatically save all my files in my laptop in My Cloud Home drive. Please help.

Hi,
WD Backup is only meant for WD DAS devices. My Cloud Home supports Windows, macOS and 3rd party backup software using the local public network shares.
