I just installed My Cloud Home 8TB (before I used my old 3TB but due to security reasons I had to replace this one). I used ‘WD Smartware’ to make backups. Now I have to use ‘WD Back-up’. When I open WD Backup It only recognizes ‘Dropbox’ and not the My Cloud Home.
what do I wrong…?

Ok, thanks for your information (actually: I used WD Smartware to make a backup of my computer (with my old WD Home)). Now I understand/know that WD Backup is not supported by WD My Cloud Home…which app/tool can I use to make frequently backups of my computer (windows).
Do you know that?
