WD Backup Only detects drive one time after installation

Just been having a polava restoring some files created using WD Backup. Basically when I first installed the app, it saw the WD drive (My Passport Ultra), and the files. Then when I restarted it, it acted like the drive wasn’t there. Luckily I have another pc, so did the same thing again, but this time restored the files to another hdd before quitting the program. Same behaviour on the second pc after restarting the program. Both pc’s are running Windows 10.

Tried the suggestions on here WD Backup: Does Not See or Recognize My Drive

Anyone had the same issue and found a solution?.

Thanks James. In the end I decided to take WD’s last bit of advice and use a third-party program, which works perfectly.
