I have a WD easystore 1TB. I’m using it on an HP Omen that runs on the latest Windows 10. When I open WD Discovery, it sees the device, but when I attempt to install WD Backup, it can’t find the device after I select new back up. Why can’t it find the device? Am I doing something wrong? I appreciate any help available, thank you.
