WD Anywhere will not restore all my files

HDD crashed.  No problem, I have everything backed up on my MyBook World Edition.  I installed a new HDD, re-installed Windows 7 home premium, and installed the updated WD anywhere backup software v4.50.  I can see all my backed up files and directories in Windows Explorer, so I know they are there.   I activated Restore in WD Anywhere to restore all my backed up files to a clean, new HDD, separate from the drive with my OS.  I directed Restore to my old backup plan and it performed the restore for the next 24 hours.  While it did restore a lot, there are a lot of directories missing.  Any idea why it would restore some directories and subdirectories and not others?  As I said, I can go in to MYBook using Windows explorer and see those directores that were not restored.

Thanks

Not sure why it would skip those files.

What restore option are you choosing?

Try initiating the restore process again and see if the files are included this time.
