Wake-on-LAN stopped working My Cloud EX2 Ultra

Hi, a few days ago I’ve tried using WakeMeOnLan to send a WoL command to my NAS and it worked, however now that the device has been turned of for a couple of days it doesn’t respond to Wake-on-LAN commands anymore.
Tried using two different PCs but the result is the same, no response from the device, it’s like it went into a deeper hybernation state that doesn’t respond anymore.
The light on the Ethernet port is still green.
How can I fix this? Is there another way to turn on the device remotely?

It’s always been like that. I have reported it before but never got an answer

Srsly? Seems like a major problem to me

Yep, on my fist successful tries and I had my laptop waking up my nas every morning when I turned it on, but then it started failing.
If you go through their shutdown.sh script you’ll find the wol command there and it it’s the last command it runs before going to sleep.
So I made a script that ssh into my nas ran the wol command before turning it off, but still it worked for a couple days and I just gave up.
