Very slow browsing photos My Cloud Home

So my phone is backing up photos to My Home Cloud on daily basis. However, I needed one photo so I went into the My Home Cloud to find it among other photos. It takes so long to load the thumbnail of each photo. Why is that?

The normal transfer speed for a big file is 18 MB/s

Hi Kashan! I have the same problem. Browsing the My Cloud Home on the computer takes forever. Did you find a solution?
