Slow transfer speeds

Hello,

When I want to view photo’s with the desktop app, the read/write speeds are very low (<1MB/s). It takes several seconds to load just 1 picture. This occurs on every laptop I try to access my data, at home and also when I access it away from home. However, when I look into my photo’s from the mobile app or browser, all photo’s load very fast and I assume are close to 100MB/s. I have read the support page on transfer speeds, but nothing could help so far.

Does someone has an idea what the cause of the slow speeds could be?
