Super slow speed of my Cloud home

good day to all.

I am suffering from a very slow speed of transferring photos to my cloud home device. The uploading speed is never higher than 2Mb/sec, but I remember the uploading speed was fine before , and I never changed the cable setting at home. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

What size drives are in your My Cloud Home? How full are the drives? The fuller they get the longer uploads may take.

the size of the drive is 4TB and I still get 3.5TB free of space. I guess it’s not full but mostly are photos.
