URGENT! My cloud home not able to connect to server

Trying to log in to my cloud home account on my Mac to back up some photos. Got this error “my cloud is having trouble connecting to the server. check your internet connection and try again”

I am positive my internet connection is working.
Is this relating to authentication problem by a third party? When is the ETA to fix this? urgently need to back up my data, thanks.
