UPS Shutdown Threshold for PR4100?

I’m looking for some help with my PR4100 NAS running from a UPS.

The good news is that the PR4100 NAS master recognizes the APC SMX1500 UPS and the PR4100 slave recognizes the PR4100 master at its IP address.

The APC SMX1500 is not on the list of supported UPS models and I had trouble at first, but now they seem to be communicating. Tip: Don’t try to connect to the UPS network interface card–connect the PR4100 to the USB connector on the chassis of the UPS itself, then reboot the PR4100. That’s when I saw the UPS listed as an attached USB device, but you need to click on the USB icon along the top of the My Cloud Control Browser Interface.

My question: Does anyone know how to find the battery threshold where the NAS will shut down? I don’t see anything on the PR4100 master or slave dashboard or settings showing this. The NAS units are getting the battery charge remaining value from the UPS, that’s all I can tell.

Also, is there a way to change the threshold?

I appreciate any help or suggestions.
