i just get message to download every time i sign in
i cant find where to claim server i have latest plex from ther site

- Which OS5 firmware version do you have installed? You can see it from the main page of the web dashboard.
- Which version of Plex do you have installed, exactly? The latest one (at the time of replying) should be
1.21.1.3830. You can check it from the “Apps” page of the web dashboard. Also, please note that, after upgrading to OS5, you will have to upgrade Plex to the corresponding OS5 version
- How do you access your plex server? Do you use plex.com with remote access on or only through local access?
